Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines depend on their service network. Jarooree is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos (if applicable).

After verification with the fulfillment partner, appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund will be processed.

9. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship within India. Delivery availability depends on the courier partner’s serviceable pin codes.
